NTR 101 STRIP CAST

Then Strip 101 Cast is a highly compressible cast coated stripping printing blanket, with a new blend of surface rubbers and polymers designed to run with low or nonalcoholic founts.

The Cast coated blanket greatly reduces build of board and ink on non-image areas of the blanket. The blanket reduces the washing intervals normally associated with simular blankets.

The specially formulated surface compound is optimised to ensure excellent coating transfer. It has a softer compressible layer and carcass especially suitable for metal decoration and carton printing applications, which minimizes edge cutting and denting. Mechanically it exhibits an excellent compression set and good rebound characteristics.

The Strip 101 Cast incorporates NOVURANIA proprietary technology with pressurized gas cells to improve speed of recovery and precision buffing of the compressible layer eliminates any variations of compressibility.

The carcass, with special long stapled cotton yarn, woven to our rigorous specifications provides good mechanical properties. The Strip101 Cast benefits from the new production methods now
used in the NOVURANIA plant utilizing nearly 100% reduced solvent usage with a very environmental friendly production process.
