The NTR 124 is a new generation of printing blankets specifically designed for Heatset printing. It benefits from the new production methods now used at NOVURANIA and incorporates the proprietary “Pressurized Sinkless Technology”.

The new face compund has a Hydrophilic surface rubber which supports alcohol-reduced and alcohol-free applications. This version is a technically advanced reduced feed blanket, with lower pressure compressible construction. Reduces mechanical ghosting and dot vanishing.

This blanket has a new generation face compounds designed for highest ink split, allowing higher densities with lower ink consumption, preventing swelling and tackiness, resisting piling and allowing easy wash-up and even a change of web widths without problems Reduces mechanical ghosting and dot vanishing Designed with a durable carcasses feature longer blanket life, less down time and better Uniform printing quality and dot gain on upper and lower side of the web.

The NTR 124 truly meet the rigorous demands of a typical modern newspaper pressroom. The back ply is sealed for enhanced protection against penetration of inks and damping solutions. Also suitable for large size sheet-fed and narrow web presses As well as a straight Heatset blanket it can be used for special applications such as adhesion backed for small web presses.
