The NTR 103 is a highly compressible printing blanket, with a new blend of surface rubbers and polymers designed to run with low or nonalcoholic founts.

The specially formulated surface compound is specifically ground in order to ensure excellent ink transfer and dot reproduction.

It has a softer compressible layer and carcass especially suitable for metal decoration and carton printing applications, which minimizes edge cutting and denting.

Mechanically it exhibits an excellent compression set and good rebound characteristics. The precision buffed surface finish provides improved gauge control and excellent ink transfer and sheet releasing properties.

The NTR 103 incorporates NOVURANIA proprietary technology with pressurized gas cells to improve speed of recovery and precision buffing of the compressible layer eliminates any variations of compressibility. The carcass, with special long stapled cotton yarn, woven to our rigorous specifications provides good mechanical properties. The NTR 103 benefits from the new production
methods now used in the NOVURANIA plant utilizing nearly 100% reduced solvent usage with a very environmental friendly production process.
